As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for motivated, caring, professional, and team-focused individuals to join us in the following positions:

Dental Assistants

As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will play an important role in the clinical workflow, helping our dentists provide efficient and comfortable treatment while ensuring patients feel supported throughout their experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures

  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms

  • Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures

  • Complete sterilisation and infection control procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient clinical environment

  • Provide patients with a welcoming, calm, and supportive experience

  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

  • Assist with stock management and clinical supplies

  • Support the wider clinical team with day-to-day tasks

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable, proactive, and genuinely interested in dentistry and patient care.

You will ideally have:

  • A genuine interest in dentistry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

  • A positive and team-focused attitude

  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • A strong commitment to patient care and clinical standards

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Previous dental assisting experience is highly regarded, however, we are also open to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

 

Dental Receptionists

About the Role

As our Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience.

This is more than a traditional reception role. You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice through patient communication, appointment coordination, administration, and front-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone

  • Manage patient enquiries via phone, SMS, email, and social media

  • Coordinate appointments, bookings, and scheduling

  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication

  • Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for

  • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

  • Maintain accurate patient records and practice systems

  • Assist with payments, accounts, and general administration

  • Support the smooth flow of the practice

  • Assist management and the wider team as required

  • Contribute to workflow organisation and process efficiency

  • Contribute positively to team culture and the overall patient experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You will ideally have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to multitask in a busy environment

Candidates may come from backgrounds including dental or medical reception, administration, hospitality, customer service, allied health, or other people-focused roles.

Previous dental experience is highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate.

Employment Details

We are currently recruiting for both Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist positions.

Initial casual employment, with the opportunity to transition to permanent part-time or full-time employment for the right candidate, depending on the position and individual circumstances.
